Houseboats are usually rented 60 to 90 days in advance. Call early to insure your vacation date. 50% of the rental fee must be received within seven days to hold a reservation. The balance is due within 30 days prior to your rental date. A $500 damage deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellations received at least 60 days in advance will only be charged a $100 service fee. Notice between 30 to 60 days will be charged 50% of the rental fee and notice less than 30 days will forfeit payment. We regret that we can not accept personal emergencies or inclement weather as a cause to cancel without fee.

There is a $150 per hr late return fee
No smoking allowed inside boats
No Pets
Boats are not allowed to move after dark.
Fuel is not included in the rental fee.

The marina office is open daily 8am – 5 pm. If you need to check in later you must make prior arrangements. Remember boats are not allowed to move after sundown. If you check in after dark, you will not be allowed to move the boat from the dock until the next morning. Rental fees will not be extended or pro-rated for late check ins.
